Forensics: Fingerprint Examination and Identification
Our Expert Forensic Identification Technician is a former member of the Vancouver Police Service with more than 26 years experience as a Forensic Evidence Technician. He was designated a "Fingerprint Examiner" by the Solicitor General of Canada.
Polygraph Services
Our affiliate Polygraphist is retained regularly by law enforcement agencies, attorneys and businesses to administer polygraph examinations. When a specific and identifiable incident occurs (theft, sabotage, arson, homicide, assault, fraud, sexual contact , etc.), the polygraph technique is the most effective means available to determine the credibility of a person's statements.
Upon completion of the examination a verbal report will be given to our client, followed by a written report which will provide a synopsis of the case information available to the examiner at the time of the testing, a list of the relevant test questions, the subject's answers, and the examiner's opinion as to the subject's truthfulness or deception.
Statement Analysis
This service is very useful in the following areas:
- Criminal Charges
- Employee Theft
- Sexual Assault and/or Harassment
- Recruiting for sensitive positions
Our analyst will examine written statements, typed our handwritten, to determine truthfulness and credibility of witnesses or suspects. A special questionnaire can also be designed to assist our investigators when interviewing one or more witnesses/suspects.
